
Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone!
In honor of this day, we wanted to share 3 easy ways to be green:
1.Go outside and practice in the grass. Enjoy mother earth and fresh air as you stretch and bend your body.
2. Eat your veggies! Enjoy some locally grown greens: broccoli, green beans, or spinach.
3. Take a shorter shower. Better yet, share a shower with a loved one!
